The majority of our food comes from Wales. The vast majority of it is grown, reared or made following either organic or biodynamic practices.

We present these ingredients in a modern way, while also paying respect to our culinary heritage.

Flavours that we focus on try to convey our unique landscape. We are particularly driven by showcasing the wild food of our country. We choose to highlight what we believe is the essence of Wales - our incredible wild game, fish, shellfish, seaweeds and coastal vegetables.

We work closely with fishermen, growers and farmers and they dictate what goes on the menu each week.

We serve a four course menu at lunch and a choice of either a seven course or ten course tasting menu at dinner. Each of them made with seasonal products that celebrate the best of our little part of the world.

Bookings are open three months in advance and are released on the 1st of each month at 11.00.

We gladly cater for all dietaries and allergies with notice, but please be aware that we do not offer a vegan, dairy free or no fish/seafood alternative option on our ten course menu.

We serve either a four or seven course menu at lunch on Fridays and Saturdays priced at £60pp and £95 respectively. In the evening (Tuesday - Saturday) we offer the choice of either a seven or ten course menu priced at £95 and £125 respectively.

All guests are required to provide card details to secure a reservation. We do not take pre-payment for our lunch menu. We take a £35 deposit for our seven course menu and a £50 deposit for our ten course menu. Please note that we are unable to issue a refund for any deposits taken for our tasting menu reservations when cancelled within 72 hours prior to the booking. Please note that all refunds will be issued minus a small card transaction fee.
